Smart Little Systems started the way a lot of good things do — out of frustration. I kept seeing the same thing again and again: brilliant, hard-working people drowning in admin that a computer should have been handling.

Quotes lost in inboxes. Double-booked appointments. Invoices chased by hand. Five different apps that didn't talk to each other. The tools to fix all of it already existed — but they were buried in jargon, locked behind enterprise pricing, or far too fiddly for someone already working sixty-hour weeks.

So I set out to build the opposite of that: a studio small enough to care about every project, technical enough to wire it all together properly, and honest enough to tell you when you don't need something.
